A six-piece funk outfit playing 70s soul classics and modern rare
grooves.
This six-piece band brings together some of the most versatile
musicians regularly performing live in the West Country and beyond.
With a repertoire that ranges from 60s & 70s soul classics by
James Brown, Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson to modern rare grooves
by Jamiroquai, Moloko and Scissor Sisters, this is a band dedicated
to dancing. In addition, this experienced band can provide cool
jazz to relax your revellers and a set of chilled out soul before
working them up into a frenzy of hot funk. They will, of course,
tailor their performance and playlist to suit the occasion and the
profile of the guests.

Limited Company
Founded in 1987, Limited Company has steadily built a reputation
as one of the most accomplished bands available in the South West.
With many years' experience from diverse musical backgrounds, their
mission is to deliver polished and exciting live performances within
a dependable, client-friendly service. The band plays an unusually
wide range of material from the 60s onwards. Sophisticated but never
obscure, accessible yet avoiding the obvious, "broad appeal
with musical integrity" just about sums it up. This eight-piece
consists of a solid layer of bass guitar and drums, a generous filling
of multi-keyboards, vocal harmonies, guitars and saxophone, topped
with a versatile male lead vocal and, looking like two million dollars,
their supercharged female frontline.

The Drat Pack
The Drat Pack play fantastic lively music to dance
to, including classic motown and soul hits such as Knock on Wood,
Blame it on the Boogie and Superstition, as well as funky tunes
such as Good Times by Chic. The band also play some up-to-date numbers
such as Valerie and Crazy (Gnarls Barkley). The band's roots lie
in playing swing classics by great artistes such as Frank Sinatra
and the rest of the Rat Pack, "swinging" such numbers
as Fly me to the Moon, and the classic New York, New York.
The Drat Pack is led by Adam Moran on vocals, one
of the leading singers and entertainers in the South West. The rest
of the band also play regularly together in The Drat Pack
and other bands and have been together since 2001 building
a strong reputation for soul, motown, funk, swing and soul throughout
the region.
As well as providing after dinner entertainment
members of the Drat Pack can form the smaller jazz group called
Lush Life (see the Jazz section), to provide laid-back background
music during a meal, or for drinks, essentially providing a complete
package of musical entertainment for your event.

Sunset
Sunset is a semi-professional four-piece band comprising female
vocalist, guitarist, bass guitarist and drummer. Their repertoire
is varied, ranging from early 60s right up to recent releases. Material
includes, Tina Turner, Bryan Adams, Fleetwood Mac, Ronan Keating,
Tracy Chapman, Dusty Springfield, Blondie, Elvis, Robert Palmer,
Van Morrison, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Eagles, Cole Porter, John
Lee Hooker, Eric Clapton and many others, together with selected
up to date chart material.

Riviera Five-O
Riviera Five-0 have been performing at wedding receptions, dinner
dances, birthday/anniversary parties & company functions since
2003. Previous to this, all band members had extensive experience
with other bands.
The band is 100% live, it does not use any backing tapes/discs as
many acts do nowadays. This gives the authentic 'live sound', as
opposed to a Karaoke/DJ/disco produced sound.
They are known for the fluency between each song keeping the dance
floor full. The large variety of styles they play make them very
suitable for mixed age group functions like weddings and with well
known 'dancy' songs from the 50's to current hits they please most
of the people most of the time!
Fully equipped with and excellent PA system & lights, the band
has full public liability insurance and the equipment is PAT certified
(most venues demand this nowadays).
The band play for around 2 hours usually either 2 x 1hour or 3 x
40 minutes. During intervals CD's can be played or more popularly
nowadays is for your own ipod & mix played through the high
quality sound system to keep the mood going and to save on additional
DJ costs!

Bubinga
Bubinga are a Devon based, 5 piece, band playing covers from
the 1960s to date. Whilst a number of decades of music are covered,
the band play recent numbers by artistes such as Beverly Knight,
Greenday, Girls Aloud, Scissor Sisters, The Cause, Robbie Williams,
Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Will Young, Kaiser Chiefs and many
more.

Roger Styles
Roger is an up-and-coming artist. His advanced ability on the guitar
enables him to produce a full and exciting accompaniment to a strong
and individual style. He is an experienced and versatile performer
with an original approach to all aspects of his work. His repertoire
ranges from all styles of rock/pop, funk/soul/blues through to jazz
standards arranged in be-bop style. Roger takes popular songs from
all genres of music and arranges them for solo acoustic guiar. He
has a unique percussive and funky rhythm guitar style, with solo
lead breaks incorporated, creating an exciting and impressive performance
